In this situation, this specfic source is one that is employed by a member of the syndicate. That the lead investor has confirmed and the terms accepted is not opinion but "fact" as relayed by that source.
In the inner city ghetto you are robbed with guns and brute force. In the Wall Street ghetto you are robbed by words and finese.
