If good news is on the horizon for KRY then the market sure doesn't seem to think so. At 15 cents all the signs indicate this delay is just like all the other delays that we were told not to worry about.
Given KRY's history of "seeking assurances", and "sooner rather than later" it's really hard to be hopeful with less than a month before the debt is due.
Sorry but that's just how I feel and I don't think I'm alone in my feelings about KRY.
And for those on this board who believe that investors will be chasing this stock once the new financing is announced......I say look at the history. The only time this stock got chased was when Jim Cramer proclaimed it could hit 8 to 10 bucks in two weeks. Then it got chased to 6 bucks but soon fell when it was obvious "sooner rather than later" was really "not for the foreseeable future".
Well that was a LONG time ago and now here we sit at 15 cents.
So....even IF Fung can raise the new money to pay off old money I don't see anyone chasing this stock. Unless of course you define chasing as going from 15 cents to 50 cents.
I guess my biggest disappointment right now is the fact that it looks like KRY will die before Chavez dies.
