Based on public reports, Bob has been focused and we should see the results soon regarding financing and arbitration.

A quick recap based on published reports and reasonable arbitration assumptions.

July - refinance announced, tribunal constituted

August - initial arbitration hearing

August/September - memorial submitted

With the further assumption of the remaining equipment being sold this year, and burn rate to a minimal, the company should be able to clearly demonstrate sufficient funds to see the arbitration process through to an award without further financing needs.
