that's what i think too and why i said his problems go back since Feb. Also when the first signs are noticed by an infected person, 6 months have already gone by. The other political issues is his acceleration of socialistic seisures of property etc. He has already recently stated that his socilisim attacks on free enterprise must be accelerated. His brother speaks of armed revolution, Hugo may be taking all he can with him as he goes down with the ship of death. These may be dangerous times for Vz people.
i also believe Castro is running the government of Vz wth Hugo as his bedmate. hugo is being told what to do from this time onward.
