EZ you are right. Ven is responsible for not granting the permit and for canceling the MOC.

But if KRY files for bankruptcy who is responsible?..... KRY management or Ven?

It's not exactly like the bottom fell out of the price of gold, now is it.

I content management put all of our eggs in one basket without an effective backup plan, even if it was Chavez who dropped the basket.

And arbitration is not a backup plan if you can't finance it.
