The verbage about exploration and pursuing mining opportunities, was taken out and dusted off only for the benefit of the Amex appeal. Same goes for the Reverse Split.

"Exploration" was the Smoke, and "Reverse-Split" was the Mirrors.

Amex hasn't bought it, and likely will not.

Strongly suggest caution on this play.
