It would seem to me that if RF had no valuable plan that he could rely on going forward then why go to the effort of staying listed on the AMEX?

Osmo...don't have the answer to that one. I'm still thinking\hoping we might get a piece of good news ahead of the AGM. It seems like there are a lot of possibilities. Maybe the reverse split is the appetizer to something else (preferably not a steaming turd under glass).
