I think there was plenty of homework done. Especially by the good people of this board.

My take on Cramer was that he left because this was dragging on too long and there were other opportunities to get behind.

It was also tough to foresee Hugo totally going off the deep end and basically snubbing his nose, for no good reason, at record gold prices.

And it was just as tough to sell when you knew the company at least had a valid legal claim.

To that end, when they didn't file and tauted the China agreement, available homework suggested hanging in. At least IMO.

It seems the company still has a good legal claim. The issue is whether its value has been squandered at this LATE stage of the game.
