The exigency
William Saud denies that the Supreme Court of Justice has been pronounced on his case. On the contrary, by the silence of the judicial being, it has not been able to be put under the operation that it requires.

“There is an absolute, burial silence. I am already fifteen days old imprisoned, and was at the end of December of the past year when an authorization arrived from the court of City Bolivar, an open order formation so that they transferred the doctor”, emphasizes.

What Saud and the tratante doctor hopes is the benefit of a measurement that allows him to remain outside its cell.

“The unique measurement that could favor to me would be a benefit of freedom under presentation, at least, every fifteen or 30 days. It would be for humanitarian reasons and of health, because including the one of house by jail it would not serve to me. I live in the Claritas, and there there is a rural welfare module. Not even there is ambulance. If Crystallex had fulfilled its responsibility, perhaps we were better there, but for that reason I am imprisoned: to demand the fulfillment of that contract”, it exposes.

Utopias
In a Venezuela in which the right state was promoted, the Government had been responsible for the state of health of the mining leader. But the reality, laments Saud, is another one.

“They must have to me under specialized monitoring, and would have to be operating to me to abierto heart, I require as it. That would be in a right state, but there is no it. To whom him reclamation if I die? The State is not assuming its responsibility”, declares.

Charity like via

William Saud indicates perhaps that, but for the charity of many people, at this moment its situation would be worse. Could more be it? Clearly, at least in its conditions, even that, inclusively, could have passed away.

“Yesterday, thanks to the collaboration of doctor Gustavo Turmero, I could do the cateterismo to me. We only paid 5 thousand bolivars in expenses of clinic. The costs fell to us. I must mention to Jackeline Fernandez, of Amnesty International, to the young people and students of the Table of the Unit of Upata, that did potazo. The political parties have also supported”, recognizes.
