so we are still waiting an acceptance of our arb filing at the iscid?

Roy and some of the legal eagles in Ven said we did not have grounds to file for Arb so when the case is accepted will there be a pop in the SP?

After the arb acceptance should we get an idea of how this will be financed or is Fung just going to continue to persue a settlement without announcing a financing plan?

If we are waiting for GRZ to finalize their settlement, how far along are they? If they settle, our SP would then be based upon that to a great extent IMO after our case is accepted, even though there are many differences in the companies and complaints, both cases would have merit.

when should we expect a reduction in management costs? or should we?
