Just further proves the point that we will probably be heard internationally for arbitration and not in corrupt Venny courts. Between Mayos post (nice job) and Mineon's My concern continues to be having the cash to survive and not wether or not we will win the case. My concern is also for fellow longs who dont have time on their side...this may be a while. Perhaps if the market has some uncertainty about wether arbitration will be accepted or not we will have a pop when it does (my speculation). I think the real uncertainty continues to be financing. We shall see.
