If your looking for a positive post then I would say RF and KRY are glad to be getting out of VZ. The whole country is screwed up, right from Hugo to the guy with a hose mining gold while destroying the environment.

Doing business in vz would almost be impossible for us. You have a leader who says stupid stuff all the time and is a laughing stock around the world. You have a government that rivals any crime organization for illegal behavior. You have a constant threat of currency exchange changes, gold sale laws, mining laws, strikes, theft, violence or any assortment of payoffs.

I would love a quick settlement but I'm prepared to wait this out. Going to arbitration may be the safest route considering the risks of doing business under Hugo's reign.

I don't think RF or Kry want anything to do with VZ at this point in time but they have done everything needed to ensure their legal case stands an excellent chance of returning shareholders some much needed cash.
