Cividale....the big question now is how do we pay the bondholders and avoid bankruptcy going forward. Since Fung has had years to figure out how he was going to address financing should the arbitration route be necessary (he apparently implemented Phase I last June)....

Would it be reasonable for shareholders to expect some clarification of how this slight detail will be addressed in the upcoming quarterly financial statement?

We're currently sitting at 16 cents. Is there a financing scenario (other than bankruptcy) where it could go lower?

How long do you think Fung can\will keep shareholders in the dark with respect to how he plans to finance this circus going forward?

In your opinion....how many years minimum do you think it will be before Venezuela actually transfers arbitration award funds to KRY's bank account presuming we win in arbitration?
