"Let's put it this way. If we're asking for 3.8 billion in arbitration, what do you think Fung would settle for in a buyout. What did Fung say the minimum would be....2 billion or so. Do you think they would go into arbitration asking for 3.8+ billion and then settle for 1.2 billion.....were do I sign. That'll cover our all expenses and give us $2.50/share....that'll do it. But I think Fung will get us more than that from a buyout or arb."

Fung was prepared to give up 2/3 of the company for how much???
