I was thinking the same thing.

I have a feeling we were very close to a final agreement when Ven. pulled this last stunt. That is why Fung felt "blind-sided". This could be one last hissy-fit by Ven. to show KRY and the Chinese that they are really in "control". Kind of like the suck in the park who threatens to take his ball and go home, but he still really wants to play. We have heard numerous times that Ven. doesn't want arbitration. Maybe they just need their egos stoked. But I could just be naive.
