It's hard to imagine what KRY has to sell in a buyout.

The contract is valueless now.

Under the terms of the contract while it was in force, KRY were required to make all their technical information available to the CVG obstensibly to allow the CVG to get the permits; so what's left? Maybe a pickup truck or two and some equipment in the US which probably could be sold on the open market for a better price than anyone in Venezuela would be prepared to pay.

GRZ at least have the drilling data, assays and engineering as valuable bargaining chips, but I have never seen any announcement from KRY indicating that they have sole access to the data and the way the contract was worded it seems unlikely. If KRY have held back important data from the CVG then that would constitute a breech of the contract and go against them in arbitration. If they haven't then they have nothing to sell....
