I think we are really better off than we were Friday morning. I have never really thought we would get the permit. I did however hope and wish we could pull it off, as I think most of the members of the board felt the same way.

After the halt on Friday, I really thought we had got lucky, and got the permit. That would have been the best that could have happened. Now, in looking back, that was never going to happen. I guess the best thing did happen. VZ gave us the best case for Arbitration, and that has been what has kept the share price alive for so long. We have always had grounds to file, now it is a much storonger case.

We were willing to give up 2/3 to go to work, now we are back to 100% of any settlement. It will take time to be heard and to collect, but I think 2/3 of the company is worth the wait.

I think after the short term holders who were hoping for a pop get out, we start to move back up.
