My position always has been that the announcement will be made by Chavez first and therefore if this is true we might be in for a prolonged wait (if you think 2 days is prolonged in our case).

My only question concerning the permit and Chinese deal, and if this is what is about to occur: How does Chavez announce the deal before the shareholder vote? Unless the Chinese and Hugo have accumulated enough shares to ensure the yes vote on a deal?

Have we been beaten down for long enough for that accumulation to have happened?
