Ok...Market is closed..........

I'll admit, my first thought when the halt lasted to the close...on a friday...is that the deal is not going through. I don't know if I would call that a bad situation. Either we get deal, buyout, or arbitration. Now, market is closed. No news. Crossing T's and dotting I's?
