Look at the bright side.....Fung has made over 2 million dollars in salary and compensation since the decision was made not to pursue arbitration 2 years ago. Last June's pump and dump financing with his pals at MacQuarie will pay his salary for many more months....until he can work a deal with the bondholders (at the expense of the shareholders) which will ensure his continued employment thru the "arbitration phase".
