President Hugo Chavez affirmed that he has “almost ready the first 20 laws” once the National Assembly approves a law qualifying that it will give attributions to dictate norms him by a year and that will leave the new Congress, with important competing presence, limited to act.

“I request a applause for our Assembly, because today (Thursday) the Law must be approved Qualifying… the “skinny ones” (competing) must be screaming”, it said to Chávez in chain of radio and television from the Guaira.

The agent chief executive affirmed that he has “almost ready the first 20 laws”, and will promulgate that them as soon as the Congress approves the legislation.

Pro-government deputy Calixto Grouse asserted that the Qualifying Law will be approved “without the smaller hesitation/”, so that Chávez can face the crisis generated in rains. (AP)
