You are right on Vet Hugo will need the combined LB...LC profit just to keep his Oil flowing. The 20 billion dollar loan from China is for oil but they talk about it here as if they just gave it to Hugo.Grz has everything to put it in motion and I think it's in the works....Stay tuned
