It's common for people to think financings set a bottom price/support. History has been a brutal teacher with this that that doesn't hold water any more, for any length of time at least. I remember back a few years when the 32 million was put in and 4.25 was preached as bottom. The last .40 cent one was looked at as support. It was short term.
