Ok assuming your theory is right can you give us an estimated time for a deal I assume some time next year? What are the potential hold ups of such a big deal and potential reasons the deal should be done fast?

One reason the deal should be done fast gold prices are rising now but if it takes 2 years to drill a mine well there is no way to know if gold prices will still be high in two years. Gold prices peaked then dropped and kept dropping for years the last time Gold went real high.

One reason the deal might not go through quick Hugo I think he is still mad about the Coup attempt and blames us. How can we resolve this old hate?

I'm just throwing out random ideas I want a deal soon I hope your theory is right but it needs to be fleshed out more. Accurate information about Hugo seems to be hard to come by.
