On July 13 WFC filed a 13G for going over 5% ownership in KRY (SEC requirement), they added 7.9M shares.

In their 3Q yesterday it states they now only own 1.2M shares.

In the past the SEC requirement states that another 13G has to be filed if the owner goes back below that 5%.

What happened they never did it? Were these shares somehow transferred somewhere else under the same ownership?
