Stated intent by Venezuela to get the gold out of the ground ASAP
Stated revised (and looming) 4th quarter JV deadline reaffirmed by Fung
Permit "freeze" broken with recent issuance of permit to Rusoro
Caura Plan implemented...miners evicted, alternative structures being developed
JV paperwork complete...awaiting rubberstamp by El Piggo
Resolution prior to upcoming quarterly report is priority of new JV (by definition)
Latest news (today) states the fate of Las Cristinas is in Hugo Chavez's hands
