GW - I have always found it curious why we stated in a May 2010 Reuters piece that we still have arbitration as an option. Why? Well, think of the timing. On June 7 we announce the China deal, done deal if you want to believe it. This comes supposedly after a year of negotiations in which the Chinese we are told receive not one but two assurances from Ve. So why then, just a couple of weeks before announcing the Chinese deal are we telling Reuters we can still go to arbitration? It just doesn't jive with all we have been told. Holding my breath here in NJ for something good to happen.
