So many argue back and forth that how can Vz nationalize something it already owns(kry's interests specifically in LC). As pointed out there are many aspects and possible projects within the LC claim, not just our main interest.

I would think Chavez knows what is and isn't already under thier nationalized bs banner and is refering to properties and interests other than our kry piece. This excerpt from the areticle should make it clear enough to those that get drawn into this debate and concern.
