They haven't sold yet. I would imagine if I just bought a pile of shares like that and was under water that I would wonder just a bit after a deadline goes by. Do you think they are still scratching their heads after 39 days? I think they have a clue....its a shame we don't.

No big players selling....so you'd think they've gotten the reassuring wink 'n nod being part of the insiders circle. Accepting that as true....I find it peculiar that there is not stronger accumulation as a result. Almost like it's understood that the share price needs to remain low for awhile (for the benefit of the Chinese?).
