All good points JJ and yes there are a lot of clauses in the agreement that definitely point to the partnership where this is going. I was just throwing the buyout scenario out there as one of my many thoughts on the delay.

As for VZ taking back concessions there are two remaining that I don't believe have been taken back yet and I am sure something GRZ will use in their arbitration.

Medoro Resources:

"Medoro also holds a 100% interest in the Lo Increíble 4A and 4B concessions in Venezuela, where it is continuing its efforts to obtain an exploitation permit to allow for the development of these gold properties when circumstances in Venezuela are more favourable"

Valgold:

"As of October 2008 the Company's primary interest in Venezuela is with the La Increible Concessions and the Los Patos Gold Occurrence."
