Could be Kilo. It's the politics that give China the edge here. I'm not saying Chavez will deliberately screw them around. We have already concluded that politics screwed us. Vz was willing to let us wither away. With Chavez in power I feel the politics is still a significant factor going forward. We all know how this loose cannon operates and thinks. Us being this NA gringo company sitting back smoking our fat cigar and raking in the cash off of the back of Vz gold(Hugo's thinking). We may not be part of the picture when it all ends as we/Kry have have been pretty much told we're not wanted there.

Will the China blanket be enough to cover us? Time will tell. Are we being held down for a cheap buyout? Time will tell, it could very well be orchestrated. Business in Vz is not the most up and up imo.
