The July 30th date was set and agreed upon by Crystallex and CREC/CRRC as a time in which both parties estimated the transaction for the Strategic Partnership could be completed. I have been advised that currently, both parties are working diligently to complete the agreements and continue to work together to advance and complete the transaction. The Company expects to release the Q2 ‘10 MD&A and Financial Statements in the next several days which will include an update on the progress of the Strategic Partnership.
