This morning I emailed RM asking him to expand upon his "no issues or obstacles....." appraisal.

In a flash, I received the following answer:

There are a number of steps required in order to close the transaction. To date, we have not encountered nor been advised of any obstacles and thus CREC/CRRC and Crystallex are working together diligently to complete the steps to close the transaction as outlined in the June 7, 2010 news release. The Company remains cautiously optimistic that each step (including the permit issuance) will be completed without issue to close the transaction.
