What is this Note Facility being talked about. I'm getting confused. Initial loan...2.5 mil.? conversion to shares? CRRC will subscribe to however many shares are agreed? 19.9 % max. of KRY shares? Who bought the 70 million shares.....maybe 80 million? 30 days to buy more?
