As a matter of interest GW, what is it that you expect to happen if the shareholders approved the JV without this letter of verification from Venezuela.

EZ....Nothing from the standpoint of boosting our share price. Delaying permit confirmation until 'sometime' after the shareholder vote will simply encourage continued manipulation of KRY by people in the know. Macquarie, CRRC, Venezuela, etc.
