Stu, reread the preliminary agreement -- China Railway has to sign off on any press releases, so it is not up to Crystallex when to tell you about the status of the JV. China is doing a lot of stuff in Venezuela and they may want to release news on the timeline that works best for their overall plans.

Talk to RM and listen carefully for clues. If China Railway didn't want the deal they would not have negotiated a big JV agreement and loaned us money.

Hang in there, it will happen.
