Ongoing expenses for KRY will be minimal - salaries/admin/noteholder interest.

CRRC takes care of Venezuelan operations.

I suspect with the backing of CRRC the noteholders might just sit back and accept their coupon.

Closing date is July 31 for CRRC/KRY for documents etc. The actual closing date will be upon shareholder vote sometime in August.

A company the size of CRRC doesn't go to these PUBLIC lengths to get embarassed.

This deal will happen. The permit gets issued. We get funding for noteholders and equity financing and the Chinese get to build an optimized mine plan. The JV will also carve out an agreement with BCV. Chinese aren't in this for politics. They are in it for money.

I'm liking this deal more and more.

Consider current pricing as a gift knowing what we as informed shareholders know about the sheer size of this deposit.

Investors need to look beyond Hugo and now look at the Chinese in Venezuela.
