teut, i'm not sure what happened with the PPS today but this deal boils down to two possibilities to me... i'm leaning toward #1

1 (good) - kry is debt free, not on the hook to raise future development money and in for 1/3rd of future profits from one of the biggest deposits on earth....

2 (bad) - the chinese bought kry out of venezuela for a little over $100mil to do a backdoor deal with hugo...

at this point, i think you have to "trust fung"...which sucks but i guess that's what it boils down to....i have to believe this whole deal has been negotiated from beginning to end. as usual, we sit, we wait, we trust in fung.....

this stock is like frankenstein.......it just never dies.....and it never really lives...... it just wonders thru the countryside hurting people on a daily basis....fungenstein
