have changed hands today and the stock is at .55 CDN. I am dumbfounded. I'm not sure how the info in the PR this morning could not have been perceived as positive enough to prop up the price even a little. Yesterday we were nearly broke and facing years of arbitration (if we survived). Today, we have a total powerhouse of a partner, a Chinese state-owned Company no less, with vast resources and clout in Venezuela... yet, here we sit in suckville.
