I think Fung said (or RM) that if KRY ever went to arbitration the amount required would be about $2 B. If the worth of it is $6 B, then that's 1/3 rd. Which means Fung got what he expected and no more.

Hence the furthest this stock might go in trading is $2B divided by 300 M shares divided by 2 again (contingency reasons). Down the road 2 years max. If it's all we can get it's better than nothing.
