Venezuela can't nationalize LC -- they already own it! The deal was that KRY would get the operating contract and in exchange KRY would agree not to continue it's legal efforts to have it's concession rights enforced.

If there is nationalization, it really has nothing to do with KRY's contract. The market wouldn't understand this and there would be an immediate loss of 50% in share price -- but at these levels what difference does it make. In theory nationalization of the other concessions might be a good thing for KRY as it could get mining started.
