JoeyMac, you are right on. I don't think some people realize how big today's ruling was for KRY. I think it will be realized in the near future. We do have to realize there are new shareholders in this stock that don't even know what Noteholders are or even the whole story behind KRY. This ruling opens up all kinds of doors. We were up on both exchanges while gold was getting killed so thats a good thing. The usual for KRY is we get killed when gold goes down and when gold goes up we stagnate :)

As alluded to before by some here this noteholder case very could have been a hold up to something finally transpiring. As another poster already stated the MOC requires KRY to have the funding or the ability to fund the project going forward. Any action against us could have hindered that which very well have been a hold up on the VZ end. We will see soon find out I hope.
