It's nice to see a recent example, and that it's in accord with my prior observations. In all but the most exceptional cases, awards for costs generally come in at between 40-70% of the actual invoices. That's because the court goes by Tariff rates. Kind of like "the cost of the average lawyer arguing in this court", not the cost of the best lawyer, or your particular lawyer.
