This looks like 5.000 or 5.0 or 5 Million not 5,000 Million that equals 5 Billion. I have noticed this many times before when reading translated Spanish lingo news and it's confusing!

Dosen't the Spanish language have a word for BILLION?

Here in the USA we are already up to GODZILLION!
