In the old agreement, Teck had the possibility to aquire 75% of the project for about 10 times the price they paid in the end but Elmer said that this old agreement was ''unenforcable'' or something like that.

Dont you remember vette stating things like : They have to pay 240 M + 4 times the expenditures + the Liard shares + this + that they are just better off buying us for 12 bucks ( I am merely exagerating)
