I am not a very knowledgible investor so might be missing the significance of the new stock/warrent release and accredited investor. Can you explain.

Well as crazy as it sounds, you can buy any amount of the stock you want on the market directly without any "financial wherewithall" or investing experiece/credentials but if you want to buy stock from the company directly with the added benefit of free warrants then you have to prove that you are considered by the OSC as an "accredited investor", i.e. someone with financial assets and/or investment knowledge/wherewithall, able to withstand significant financial loss. Its kind of backwards and discriminatory if you ask me.

I had heard that the OSC was going to relax these rules but I haven't looked into this lately. So AFAIK you need to prove that you have a million in financial assets or annual income of $200K plus. That ain't me...not since CUU was north of $2.50 anyway...double bummer...
can't buy CUU with free warrants, only because CUU has decimated me financially. There's a good double dose of irony in there...
