The environmentalist part of me that doesn't want to see ecosystems destroyed by irresponsible mining practices applauds these new measures.

The investor part of me, which selected a stock that has tanked and an enormous mineral deposit that now faces another regulatory hurdle, just shakes my head in utter exasperation.
