talked to the office, told a NR will be out today just being approved. Nothing to do with Teck, CMX is trying to get the claims back, at their cost. Unclear as to what happens if they are not successful. They did review with legal, not deemed to be material due to the tiny cap of CMX, total bs. Should have halted yesterday. If we have to go legal on CMX to get our investment back we'll see a significant haircut, that's material enough for me. Stay tuned.

So with all the what if's, why don't people just call and try to get some relative facts.
