I received an email reply from Elmer in mid-December saying I should expect an update on the Optimization following the next meeting and that Teck had indicated in October that the Optimization would be complete by "year end". Of course my first thought was to maybe ask him "by which year end?" lol.

Seeing that a NR remains outstanding for the JV meeting of some 16 days ago, it is safe to assume, IMO, that something "material" occured at this meeting. What that is would be anybody's guess but it is likely connected to the arrival of the Optimization.
