The Liard shares have nothing to do with the market; they depend strictly on the SC project moving forward. That is where their value is. If the SC project does not move forward, the Liard shares are worthless, no matter how hot the market is overall. If the SC project moves forward, the Liard shares are very valuable, no matter how bad the overall market is.

TECK moving on those Liard shares makes me believe a production decision is not far behind, probably within a few months. That is an answer to your "WHEN", imo.
